Just Another Classifier
Just Another Classifier is local classification software. It is licensed for use on one PC per licence. It can return an answer, a refusal or a request for clarification. You are responsible for deciding how to use its results in your own work.
Trial and subscription
An eligible PC can start one 3-day free trial with a card up front. Choose US$2/month or US$20/year per device. Stripe processes checkout and recurring payments. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, paid billing begins on the plan you selected. No subscription charge is made if you cancel before the trial ends. Taxes, if applicable, are shown at checkout.
The selected subscription renews each month or year until cancelled. Any price change applies to future billing periods and will be communicated before it takes effect.
Cancellation and device release
You can cancel in the app or on the account page. Cancellation stops renewal. Access continues until the end of the trial or paid period shown for your subscription. See our refund policy for refunds and consumer rights.
Releasing a device does not cancel billing. Device release changes the PC linked to a licence. Use the cancellation action to stop subscription renewal. Uninstalling the app also does not cancel your subscription.
Online licensing and offline use
The app connects to our service for activation and licence renewal. A valid cached lease supports up to 3 days offline, capped by your trial or subscription access deadline. Reconnect to renew it. A released or replaced PC may retain access until its existing offline lease expires.
When a valid licence or lease is unavailable, licensed classification is unavailable. Just Another Classifier does not switch to a pass-through AI service. The software licence explains permitted use; the privacy policy explains local processing and the separate account connections.
Unara
Unara is in development. Memberships are not open. Product-specific membership terms, prices, trial arrangements and cancellation terms will be published before memberships open. Just Another Classifier subscription terms do not automatically apply to Unara.
Legacy products
Earlier NeuraFrame products are closed to new purchases and downloads. Existing users can access legacy resources and contact support. The licence, plan and trial arrangements supplied with an existing purchase remain relevant to that purchase; the Just Another Classifier prices and 3-day trial do not replace them.
Some legacy products enter pass-through mode when their licence ends. That behaviour belongs to those products and does not describe Just Another Classifier. Contact us if you need help identifying the terms or status of an existing licence.
Accounts and permitted use
Keep your account information accurate, protect sign-in messages and credentials, and use the website and software lawfully. Do not share licence credentials, circumvent device or expiry checks, or redistribute, resell or sublicense our software except where the applicable licence or law permits it. See the software licence for the product-specific terms.
Consumer rights and responsibility
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or changes a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
Results depend on your inputs, configuration and use. A classification result is not a guarantee of accuracy or suitability for a particular decision. Assess results before relying on them, especially where a mistake could cause harm.
For claims where the law permits a limitation, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service in the 12 months before the claim, and we exclude indirect, incidental and consequential loss to the extent permitted by law. These limits do not apply to rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
Updates to these terms
We publish updated terms on this page with a new date. Changes do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by Australian law, with the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.
