NeuraFrame began with a simple belief: artificial intelligence could be developed differently.
A long path to practical products
For more than a decade, founder Shawn Taylor has explored how intelligent systems might become more efficient, more dependable and more useful by learning from what has already been experienced rather than repeatedly starting from the beginning.
That work gradually developed into the ideas, processes and architecture behind NeuraFrame.
Our focus is intelligent systems that preserve experience, reuse verified knowledge, learn from correction and recognise when a question should be passed to another system or a person.
We believe progress can come from memory, experience, judgment and responsible reuse, alongside improvements in models themselves.
Where we are today
NeuraFrame Studio is moving from years of research and experimentation into practical products. Just Another Classifier brings local text decisions and receipts to your own applications. Unara is a full AI with a new architecture, built to run fast on CPU; its first release is Unara for Coding.
Just Another Classifier is a piece we learned on our path to Unara, now a product in its own right. Unara does not use Just Another Classifier. Their shared direction is local, CPU-first AI with grounded answers and honest declines.
The founder
Shawn Taylor's path to founding NeuraFrame was not a conventional one.
Raised in foster care from childhood, Shawn joined the United States Army at seventeen. Those early experiences shaped his independence, persistence and belief that difficult circumstances do not have to define what comes next.
He later met his wife, whose life had been deeply affected by a terrorist attack, and the couple eventually settled in Australia. Together, they wrote a book telling her story and the journey that followed.
Shawn is an engineer, inventor, entrepreneur and author. His work has crossed technology, infrastructure, artificial intelligence and business, while his writing explores both lived experience and the ideas that have shaped his life. His books are available through Amazon.
That combination of engineering, imagination and personal experience sits at the heart of NeuraFrame.
Looking ahead
NeuraFrame remains an independent and founder-led company. Our long-term goal is a better foundation for intelligent machines: thoughtful, efficient and aware of consequence.
We are still near the beginning. We will share concrete capabilities and release dates as the products are ready.
