Refunds are handled case by case, with particular consideration for activation failures or issues that prevent the software from working on a supported system. If you hit a problem, contact us and we will make it right.
Email support@neuraframestudio.com with your account email and a short description. Billing is managed through the Stripe customer portal, where you can also cancel or update payment methods.
