Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or changes a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

Cancel during the trial
The free trial lasts 3 days and requires a card up front. An eligible PC can use one trial. No subscription charge is made if you cancel before the trial ends. If you do not cancel, Stripe starts paid billing on your selected plan: US$2/month or US$20/year per device. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
Cancel a subscription
Cancel in the app or on the account page. Cancellation stops renewal. Access continues until the end of the trial or paid billing period shown for the subscription. Cancelling a yearly plan keeps access through the paid year; cancelling a monthly plan keeps access through the paid month.
A valid cached lease supports up to 3 days offline, capped by that access deadline. The app may need to connect to renew the lease before the period ends.
Releasing a device does not cancel billing. Uninstalling the app also does not cancel. Use the subscription cancellation action even if you have stopped using the PC.
Ask about a refund
If you were charged unexpectedly, cannot activate the app or have a problem that prevents it working on a supported PC, contact support@neuraframestudio.com. Include your account email, the charge date and a short description. Do not send your full card number, licence credentials or private classification content.
Cancellation itself does not issue a refund. We consider refund requests individually, taking account of the problem and your rights under applicable consumer law. This policy does not impose a short claim deadline or remove a right to a refund or other remedy that the law provides.
Depending on the problem, Australian Consumer Law rights can include a repair, replacement, refund or cancellation. The ACCC explains these consumer remedies. We assess requests in line with those rights.
Unara
Unara is in development. Memberships are not open, so no Unara membership is being sold through this site. Its trial, cancellation and refund arrangements will be published before memberships open.
Legacy products
New legacy purchases are closed. Contact support for cancellation or refund help with an existing legacy subscription. Access and any pass-through behaviour follow the terms of the product and plan you purchased.
The trial and refund arrangements supplied with a legacy purchase continue to apply to that purchase. The Just Another Classifier 3-day trial does not replace an earlier product's trial terms. Consumer rights that cannot be excluded remain protected.
